- Services Offered
SimpleNames.com provides a platform for individuals and businesses to buy and sell domain names. We do not own or control any of the domain names listed on the Site. Our services include the ability to search for, negotiate the purchase of, and complete the transfer of domain names. - Fees
SimpleNames.com charges a commission on completed domain name sales. The commission rate is displayed on the Site and is subject to change without notice. The commission is deducted from the sale price before the seller receives payment. - Listing Requirements
To list a domain name for sale on SimpleNames.com, you must provide accurate and complete information about the domain name, including the asking price and any relevant details about the domain name. You must also have the legal right to sell the domain name. - Purchasing a Domain Name
When purchasing a domain name through SimpleNames.com, you agree to pay the agreed-upon purchase price. The purchase price includes the commission charged by SimpleNames.com. The domain name will be transferred to your ownership upon receipt of payment. - Transfer of Domain Name
SimpleNames.com will assist with the transfer of the domain name to the buyer upon receipt of payment. The buyer is responsible for any fees associated with transferring the domain name to their ownership, including any fees charged by the domain registrar. - Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. SimpleNames.com does not offer refunds or returns on domain name purchases. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are purchasing the correct domain name and that they have the legal right to use the domain name. - Dispute Resolution
SimpleNames.com is not responsible for any disputes that arise between buyers and sellers. We encourage all parties to communicate and work together to resolve any issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved, either party may seek resolution through legal means. - Limitation of Liability
SimpleNames.com is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or any other consequential damages. - Changes to the Agreement
SimpleNames.com may modify this Agreement at any time without notice. The current version of the Agreement will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or any services provided by SimpleNames.com constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to this Agreement. - Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky, United States of America.
